Terms of Diagnostic Services

1. Home Sample Collection Appointments

Home sample collection slots in Belagavi are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. While we strive to arrive within 15 minutes of your chosen slot, minor delays due to weather or traffic will be promptly communicated.

2. Fasting & Test Preparation

For tests requiring overnight fasting (e.g. Lipid Profile, Fasting Blood Glucose, Comprehensive Full Body Checkup), patients are required to follow 10-12 hours fasting. Inadequate fasting may affect test accuracy.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may reschedule or cancel your home collection appointment up to 2 hours prior to the slot with a 100% refund. Once the sample has been collected by the phlebotomist, laboratory processing begins immediately and cancellation is not applicable.

4. Clinical Disclaimer

Diagnostic laboratory test reports are clinical aids and must be correlated clinically with your symptoms and history by a registered medical practitioner.
